Happy almost Halloween!! My Halloween costume this year is a scarecrow. If you’re still in need of a quick easy costume, you can be a scarecrow too! You probably already have most of the items in your closet. If you’re going to purchase pieces for your costume, I recommend buying stuff that you’d be willing to wear even after Halloween is over.
Scarecrow Costume
1. Plaid top – I wore the plaid dress from my Outfit of the Day: Fall Fashion post from September.
2. Denim bottom – The denim overall dress I wore was purchased from Yesstyle a few months earlier.
3. Boots – I wanted to wear brown boots, so I purchased a pair from Walmart. You could wear cowboy boots or even rain boots.
4. Hat – It could really be a hat of any kind. I’m not much of a hat person, so I had to purchase this from Walmart as well.
5. Halloween face makeup or regular makeup – I used temporary tattoo paper to create the patches and most of the lines for my face. I finished it off with an eyeliner.
